Dec. 27-30: Administrative Work (Sermon prep for Sunday and Haiti Ministerial. Helped Rhoda with ministerial mailing, etc.).

Dec. 31: Shamokin: We enjoyed the New Year’s Eve service. Rev. McKenzie let each person pick a verse to a Christmas chorus and read a Christmas story. We then transitioned by preaching a message about taking Christmas with us into the New Year.
Because of Christ, we have a message of Hope, Help and Healing.

Jan. 3-5: Administrative Work

Jan. 7: Lebanon: It was great to be able to preach at the Gospel Center. The Pastoral team treated us great.

Jan. 8: Visited Sis. Bickert at the State College Hospital. Then I went to Manor Care in Lewisburg to visit former Mission Director, Rev Crock. I also stopped by to see Sis. Witmer who had been struggling with ALS.

Jan. 9-10: Administrative Work

Jan. 11-12: Traveled to Florida.

Jan. 13: Camp work day. We were involved in work projects and getting the grounds ready for camp.

Jan. 14: I shared God’s Word at Kissimmee and Seffner.

Jan. 15: Visited the Kissimmee Church for their local I.H.C. Rev. Aaron McCarty preached an excellent truth and the Quartet, Ablaze, from Hobe Sound, ministered in song.

Jan. 16: IHC at Fort Myers Rescue Mission. Rev. Stephen Cassady preached to a church full of men from the mission and some other visitors. The Cassady’s, as always, did a great job.

Jan. 18-28: FL District Camp Meeting. The Spangler’s and Durkee’s were both used of God to help make our camp meeting spiritually profitable for God’s people. We appreciated all that gave and helped physically to make camp possible. My wife and I also flew back to PA for a few days to be involved in the funeral services of Sis Janet Witmer. She was a charter member of the Mountain Road God’s Missionary Church. Her smile and good spirit will be remembered. We then finished camp and focused on camp clean up and camp projects.

Jan. 30: We went over to support Camp Freedom. Rev. Daniel Edwards preached on some of the temptations the sanctified people face.

Feb 2: Left to go over to Hobe Sound Camp for a couple days. It was spiritually refreshing to take in a couple services without responsibilities.

Feb. 4: Preached in the morning at Lakeland, G.M.C. and then at our Orlando Church in the evening. The little flocks at both churches are Special because they are children of God. Three different ones told me how God had used these churches to find God or go deeper with God. Praise the Lord!

Feb. 5: We arrived home safely Monday night.

Feb. 7-11: Administrative Work (Ministerial, Haiti prep.)

Feb. 12-14: Ministerial – God used Rev. and Mrs. Stanley Grabill in a special way to encourage and challenge our minister’s and their wives to be Christlike. God’s presence was very near on more than one occasion.

Feb. 15-22: Haiti Trip – It was a great privilege of mine to meet more of our Haitian brothers and sisters. God blessed our Ministerial and was present in all our meetings.
Continue to pray for our National leader, Bro. Gerald, National Committee, Bible School and churches. We believe God has some great days ahead. May God help all of us to work together for His Glory.

Feb. 23-24: Sermon preparation for School Revival.

Feb. 25: Bermudian – I preached at the church then Rhoda and I had a meal and a nice visit with the Dupert’s.

Feb. 26 – April 2: PVBI School Revival: I was privileged to be the evangelist. Rev. Aaron McCarty was our song evangelist. God used the songs, preaching, praying and the testimonies of the students in a powerful way. To God be the glory for all the altar calls and the many victories that were won.

March 4: York – We preached and sang at the church with a nice congregation. Enjoyed a very nice dinner with the pastor and wife.
