After hearing a sermon at Beavertown, a man named Jeremiah Cherry dreamed of a holiness church in his home town. In 1954, it became possible with the help of George Straub. Men like John White, Truman Wise, John Zechman, and Alan Walter helped the church to navigate many challenges and today it is still a light to the Lewistown community.
