The Penns Valley church joined the conference in 1936 after moving from the old Zerby church and campground where George Straub and Truman Wise held meetings. Under the leadership of Allan Russell, a new church was built and from 1975 to 1995, a school operated there. The Penns Valley church, with its rich history, is still making a difference today.
